BrainLens — Homework AI ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

BrainLens does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

The App does not require registration and does not collect data such as:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• Location data
• Contacts
• Advertising identifiers
• Browsing or tracking information

2. Camera and Photo Library Access

BrainLens requires access to your device's Camera and Photo Library to provide its core functionality, including:

• Capturing photos of homework problems
• Selecting images from your library for solving
• Sending images to OpenAI for analysis

Photos are processed locally on your device before being sent to the AI service. BrainLens does not store your images on any server.

3. AI Processing

BrainLens uses the OpenAI API to generate solutions. When you submit a photo or text question, it is sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI handles this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy (https://openai.com/privacy). We do not control how OpenAI processes data after submission.

4. Local Data Storage

The App stores limited information only on your device to function properly, such as:
